Spaghetti Squash & Sauce - PreCleanse


Spaghetti Squash:

1 medium spaghetti squash (the brighter the yellow the better)

1 tsp of unrefined organic coconut oil

1 tbsp. Dulse Sea Vegetable (flakes) or sea salt to taste

Spaghettie Sauce:

4 large plum tomoatoes or 6 medium roma tomatoes (chopped)

1 Tbsp. fresh basil

1/4 cup red onion (chopped)

1/2 spring of fresh oregano

2 small cloves of garlic (crushed)

1/2 cup red pepper (chopped)

Sea salt to taste

1/4 cup of "Pacific" brand low sodium veggie broth (only use broth if cooking sauce versus making raw in a high powered blender (ex. Vitamix))
