This is a great opportunity to experience the cleanse as a team. Doing it with others brings motivation, inspiration and accountability. It is powerful and effective. This is a great way to drive your success on the cleanse.
We all meet at the same time during the evening at 7pm (Eastern Standard Time) Sunday to Thursday during your 21 Day Cleanse experience. The sessions last 15 to 30 minutes.
This is an opportunity for you and your teammates to share the following:
New body and health enhancements.
Any challenges and recommendations on how to overcome them.
Advice to the team on how to enhance your cleanse experience (ex. where to find great food items, tips and tricks or recipes)
Questions you wish to ask the coach (Note that if you ask via chat on Zoom directly to the coach, your question will be answered but the sender of the question will remain anonymous to the rest of the group)
Coach will offer great advice during this time to enhance your results and your success on the cleanse.
