What is the Precleanse?
The precleanse is the first phase of your health transformation. In this stage, the body has an opportunity to prepare. Note that the 21 Day Body program will release heavy amounts of stored toxicity. During the precleanse, the elimination organs will be introduced to these toxins but at a manageable pace. This allows them to gradually prepare for the very strong filtering, elimination and repair processes that occurs in the next phase. By allowing the organs time to acclimate, detox symptoms are minimized and a deeper transformation will occur.
How long does the precleanse last?
We recommend, at minimum, a 7 day duration on the precleanse. This is a minimum recommendation as it is possible to stay on the precleanse for a longer period of time. There are many that are engaged in this phase for one to two months. This is because they experience great results and feel so good on it.
We have seen members who love it so much that after the cleanse is over they go back to the precleanse and make it their standard dietary lifestyle.
What results should I expect on the precleanse?
The results are wonderful. You will see vast improvement from weight loss, decreased inflammation and improved energy levels. If you have health issues, you will see the symptoms from them significantly recede. You will feel good in this stage. You will also, start to have minor detox symptoms. These come and go. Initially, most feel that they are achieving phenomenal health benefits but in comparison to the 21 Day Body, the precleanse is truly a precursor. There is no comparison to the transformation that occurs during the next phase, the 21 Day Body.
What if I just go straight into the 21 Day Body program and skip the precleanse?
GEAR IT UP. We would highly recommend that you don’t go kamikaze and do the 21 Day Body program without first doing the precleanse. The precleanse is essential to gearing up your elimination organs. It is the warm up before the race. What we have seen from those that attempt the 21 Day Body program without a precleanse, is that they experience severe detox symptoms that could have otherwise been avoided if they had just finished the precleanse first. In addition, the 21 Day Body program is far easier if the precleanse is completed first.
SUCCEED. By doing the precleanse you will significantly increase your likelihood of completing the entire program. The success rate from those that do the precleanse is about 92% higher than those that don’t. You significantly increase your chances and your results.
MORE RESULTS. A precleanse guarantees far greater results. It allows your organs the time to shift gradually from a standard mode to full cleanse and repair mode, thereby enhancing their efficiency. Hence by the time you reach your first day on the 21 Day Body program they are prepared for the heavy amounts of stored toxicity that will start to be released. They are ready, trained and pumped up for this battle.
What do I eat on the precleanse?
The precleanse consists of a combination of some of the main staples seen on the 21 Day Body program plus cooked foods and fats that you would not typically see. It comes in two phases, with the second phase giving you a super boost to your capacity to slide into the 21 Day Body program with ease.
