No-Banana Green Smoothie

Ingredients: 8 cups of greens, loosely packed, alternate your greens, (Spinach, Kale, Parsley, Dandelion, Cilantro, etc)

1- 1.5 cups of clean alkalized water

4 whole lemons (peeled and seeds removed)

1 – 1.5 Peeled and then frozen cucumber

1/8 – 1⁄4 tsp of Organic Stevia powder 2

Tbls of Kelp Granules ( Great for Hypothyroidism) (Optional)
