The Gratitude Challenge
Here this week's exciting challenge for members of the Coaching Club. It pertains to gratitude. Gratitude is one of the best ways to increase your endorphin levels. It can encourage and keep you motivated. Plus it keeps you focused on whats important.
How to Play:
1) Every morning for 10 minutes, write down 10 things that you were grateful for from the day before. Write the gratitude statement in this manner. Start the sentence off by saying "I am grateful for...." State what you are grateful for and than state why.
Here are some examples:
I am grateful for how energetic I felt when I woke up today. It made me feel alive and motivated. I felt healthy. I am blessed to be able to feel this way. I remember what it felt like waking up tired and groggy. I feel blessed to feel so healthy.
I am grateful that I lost another pound today. It made me feel accomplished. I am excited to see how much better I will look and feel after this cleanse. I am proud of my accomplishment.
I am grateful for the fact that my blood pressure went down. I feel comforted of the fact that I was able to overcome a risk factor that could lead to my death. I am so blessed to be able to overcome this. I am fortunate.
2) After you finish writing all 10 down, reread all that you wrote.
2) Do this for 7 Days.
3) Throughout your day, make effort to focus on things to write during your gratitude mornings.
If you like to share your gratitude statements with the group, than text them to Isabelle at 561-306-1017. She will display them on this page for those that wish to see what others are using and perhaps inspire them to use them as well.
Challenge will be from Monday 3/27/2017 until noon Sunday 4/2/2017.
